| Appointment Policy |
| We pride ourselves on keeping our appointments on schedule. We ask you cooperation in arriving a few minutes early for each appointment and always call to schedule an appointment rather than walking in (or bringing your child along with a sibling already scheduled). Please arrive 10 minutes early for physical exams. If you arrive 15 minutes or later for an appointment, you will be asked to reschedule so other patients are not delayed seeing the care provider. |

| Appointment Cancellation Policy |
| Please call one hour before your ill appointment time so the time may be given to another child. Please call 24 hours in advance if you are canceling a well child visit, ADD/ADHDcheck, or complicated visit (ie asthma, diabetes rechecks). Families with a history of missed appointments with no cancellation notice will be dismissed from the practice. Families who miss a 2 sibling (double) well child visit with no cancellation notice will not be allowed to make future double well child visits. |
